Introduction and Commitment
Doyenne MedTech UK Ltd is committed to achieving net zero emissions and to taking meaningful action to reduce our carbon footprint in line with the UK Government's target of net zero by 2050 and the NHS's ambition to reach net zero by 2045.
This Carbon Reduction Plan sets out our current emissions baseline, our reduction targets, and the specific initiatives we are implementing to achieve them. It has been prepared in accordance with Procurement Policy Note PPN 006/21.
We do not plan to rely on carbon offsets as a primary mechanism for achieving our targets; they will be used only to address residual emissions that cannot be eliminated through operational changes.
Baseline Emissions
Doyenne MedTech UK Ltd was incorporated in 2025. Our baseline reporting period is the financial year ending 31 December 2025. As a newly established business with two directors and no owned premises, our direct operational footprint is low. All emissions arise in Scope 3.

Doyenne MedTech UK Ltd has no owned or leased premises generating Scope 1 or Scope 2 emissions. All material emissions arise in Scope 3, primarily from the upstream supply chain and logistics activities.
Current Emissions Reporting
As the baseline year is 2025 and this plan is published in March 2026, our current year emissions are substantially in line with the baseline figures above. We will update this plan annually with verified data.

Governance and Accountability
Responsibility for this Carbon Reduction Plan rests with the Directors of Doyenne MedTech UK Ltd. We will:
- Review and update this plan annually, or sooner if there is a material change in our business activities or emissions profile
- Publish the current version of this plan on our company website (www.doyennemedtech.com)
- Incorporate carbon performance review into our annual business planning cycle
- Report progress against targets to NHS Supply Chain as required under any relevant framework agreement
Declaration
This Carbon Reduction Plan has been completed in accordance with PPN 006/21 and associated guidance. The information contained within this plan is accurate and has been verified internally.
