Rachel McGibney – Co-Founder & Director
With over 14 years at MENTOR® (Johnson & Johnson®), Rachel led Commercial Operations across EMEA, built sales training platforms, and launched innovative surgical aesthetic products across Ireland, UK and EMEA. She’s an expert in commercial strategy, distributor leadership, and new product launch execution.
Alexandra Holmes – Co-Founder & Director
Former EMEA Business Lead for MENTOR® (Johnson & Johnson®), Alexandra led the team consistently delivering double digit growth and expanding market leadership. With extensive P&L ownership, GTM restructuring, and pricing strategy experience, she brings a commercial acumen rooted in performance and integrity.
